Lynn has over 10 years of customer service experience and now serves as our Service Quality Inspector. Her primary responsibility is to conduct on site quality inspections, and Clean Team evaluations, throughout our system to assure that company policies and procedures are followed. Further, Lynn grades each Clean Team on their performance, and offers guidance to them, to insure the best possible ongoing service to our clients'.

Sheryl Sutherland: Sheryl has over 16 years of customer service experience and a broad base knowledge of residential and commercial cleaning. She co-ordinates all commercial accounts, and assists with residential clients' requirements as well. Sheryl's role expanded as she took on the additional responsibilities as our HR Director, in 2008.
